Elite Financial Group was born out of friendship, shared experiences, and a vision for something greater.
Tony and Bryant, first crossed paths at the same company. Tony served as CEO, leading growth, and strategy, while Bryant quickly rose to the top as one of the company’s leading producers and agency leaders. From different sides of the business, we both saw the same thing: the impact this industry could have—not just on clients’ financial futures, but on the lives of the agents who worked so hard to serve them.
Over time, we realized our skills complemented each other perfectly. Tony’s passion for building and leading thriving organizations paired seamlessly with Bryant’s ability to connect, produce, and lead individuals to success. More importantly, we shared the same belief—that financial services should be about more than numbers; they should be about people.
That belief is what inspired us to create Elite Financial Group. Our goal is simple: to build a dynamic company that celebrates its agents, provides them with the tools and support to grow, and deeply cares about its clients every step of the way.
At Elite, success isn’t just measured by sales or growth—it’s measured by the lives we touch, the futures we help secure, and the community we create along the way.

Our Admin Team
Vanessa is the backbone of Elite Financial Group! Behind the scenes, she ensures we have all the resources we need to provide excellent service to our valued our clients. Vanessa helped start the company back in 2017 and has brought her creative skills to help with the growth of our company. Outside of work, Vanessa likes to spend time with her husband and two children, either at a theme park, traveling, or hanging at home for a quiet evening.

Erin has been active in the financial services industry for over 8 years. She consistently provides our clients with exemplary service, which allows for them to have a positive financial journey. In addition to her administrative skills, she is highly personable and very encouraging to everyone around her. Outside of the office, you can find Erin reading a good novel, watching football, or dancing the night away. Hope you all have an opportunity to work with this valuable member of the team!

Over the past 15 years, Jessie has served as an administrative assistant for various businesses, excelling behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. Her approach to business mirrors her personal values of integrity and honesty, which is essential for building trust in any relationship. One of her notable achievements includes establishing an onboarding system for a rapidly growing financial firm and implementing other organizational procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging in volunteer activities, spending time with her two nieces, and similar to Erin, you can find her on the dance floor. Our team would not be complete without our dear Jessie!

BOOKKEEPING MANAGER
With nearly 15 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping field, Mindy has built a strong reputation for accuracy, integrity, and a people-first approach. Her expertise lies primarily in the food and beverage hospitality sector, with additional experience in construction specialties. Since founding her own bookkeeping company in 2018, Mindy has dedicated herself to helping business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances. Running her own company has sharpened her skills, deepened her leadership, and fueled her passion for delivering elite service. Known for her keen eye for detail and genuine connection with clients, she lives by the motto “Smile Out Loud,” infusing positivity into everything she does. Beyond her professional work, Mindy enjoys paddleboarding, camping, and volunteering within her community. She also treasures time spent over a good cup of coffee with friends & family.
Ruth has over 5 years of clerical and administrative experience, specializing in bookkeeping services. She is passionate about providing excellent service and enjoys expanding her knowledge to better support our clients on their unique path to financial stability. Ruth is a supportive and positive asset to our team, ensuring that everyone's hard work is appreciated. When she's not in office, you can find Ruth with her husband learning and trying new recipes, watching a movie, or reading a good book.
